In alignment with the directives of the Supreme Council of Universities, the Faculty of Medicine at Beni Suef University prioritizes the professional development of its academic staff. To support this goal, the College partnered with AGI to deliver a series of training workshops on: (a) building test blueprints, (b) writing high-quality questions based on international standards and guidelines, and (c) creating equivalent test forms. Faculty members were also trained in using Assessment Gourmet, including item bank development and e-test administration. The College introduced e-tests for the first time in the third-year Pharmacology course, marking the beginning of several success stories within the institution.
