King Khalid University purchased the Assessment Gourmet® Platform in December 2020, becoming the first university in the Kingdom to adopt the third-generation full assessment solution. Implementation began in January 2021. In the first phase, the system was successfully deployed, and instructors from five colleges received training. By the summer semester, additional colleges adopted the system, and final exams were conducted using it. Despite time constraints and the challenges of training during COVID-19, the system was successfully used for e-tests in the Spring 2021 exams.
