The Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University, was one of the first colleges in Egypt to pay attention to the advantages of using e-tests. The Intelligent Testing Gate (the first generation of Assessment Gourmet) was purchased in 2016, whereby the College and technicians of the Advanced Group for Information Technology (AGI) worked together to ensure the success of the e-tests experience for the first time in Egyptian universities (2016), and the Faculty of Arts initiative succeeded in applying the e-tests. The System was amazingly effective during the first year and it was adopted as a basic evaluation method in the College. It saved the time and effort of the faculty members and fastened the issuing of the results.
