The Faculty of Medicine at Beni Suef University is concerned with the development of the academic staff in light of the directions of the Supreme Council of Universities, so the College contracted with the AGI to provide a set of training workshops on (a) building test blueprints, (b) writing quality questions in terms of the international standards and guidelines, and (c) creating equivalent test-forms. The faculty members were also trained in using the Assessment Gourmet (building item-banks, delivery of e-tests, etc.). The e-tests were presented for the first time in the College for students in the third year of the Pharmacology course and success stories within the college followed.
